I am still not sure what to do, I have limited funds so I was going to get a
Asustek A8N-SLI PREMIUM S939 nForce4 SLI ATX for £78 and spend less on the graphic's or get the

Asustek A8N SLI SE Socket 939 nForce 4 SLI PCI-E ATX at £52 and have more for the graphic's
does any one have advice on these to MB's they both have what I need and I dont care about passive cooling. I just cant make up my mind and its driving me mad so some one flip a coin for me,

Thanks

I have aleady got a 3000+ 64
512*2 pc3200
Im using a ECS KV2 etreame MB which has been floorless
A Nvidia XFX 6600GT
SATA HD,s
And I have £250 to get a PCI E MB and Graphic's and A new proc as the KV2 and proc and 6600gt will be used to upgrade the kids PC.
Then the guts of there PC I will sell on
A Barton 2600+ running 185fsb*12 2.2ghz full load 52c
MSI K7N2 Delta MB and A ATI 9700pro 128mb graphic's card
got to be worth something so I'm hopping to use that money for a memory upgrade.
I enjoy playing games like COD2 and NFS most wanted so I would like to make use of 16 instead of an 8 speed agp plus what ever Nvidia card I get I will at some point be getting an other one so I can run SLI mode.
But my buget for MB, Graphic's and pro, "3000+" are £50 so it leaves me with £200 for MB and graphics not a lot I know but thats all I can spend.
And the Asustek A8N SLI SE Socket 939 nForce 4 SLI PCI-E ATX is only £52
but is it worth buying. I'm not worried about pasive cooling so I dont see what else the premium can offer when I need to save a bit, but its got to be Asus, MSI or Abit

Cheers and thanks for any advice

If you don't care about the whiny unreliable chipset fans or the other features of the Premium (8 ch to 6 ch sound, additional 4 SATA on 3114R chip, Firewire to none, two gigabit LAN to one), just get the SE.

Would question if you'll ever actually get around to filling that other slot as it tends to be both less practical (power, heat, space, noise) and worse value (more likely your next upgrade will be a DX 10 card, rendering current DX 9 card useless for that purpose, and/or just a more powerful nex gen model that will outdo the old even in SLI), making the somewhat cheaper but of similar functionality A8V-XE look attractive.
