Cheap Camera Suggestions Please

One of my mates is looking for a digital camera to buy his Dad for Christmas, and as such would like a few suggestions of which cameras might be suitable. The criteria then is as follows:

- Under £100
- Ease of use more important than number of functions
- Good sized screen
- Suitable for general holiday type photos

Can anyone suggest a decent camera that might fulfill the above?

not that particular one but it looks pretty similar to my a620, auto mode to full manual controls, 7.1 mega pixels, 4x zoom and it has image stabilisation which mine has'nt.
