Hi,

Im after a cheap pcie graphics card that will output 4k resolution via HDMI to two screens (just text/basic stuff really).

Anyone know something that will fit the bill?

Not sure but I assume it'd have to be a modern card since you need HDMI 2.0 for 2160p at 60 Hz. Unless you're willing to settle for 30 Hz.
