Cheap card

I have 3 machines running onboard graphics on NF2 motherboards.
I want to upgrade to slightly more powerful AGP graphics cards with DVI and TV out (SVHS or better). Ideally they will be fanless as well.
I don't want to spend loads of money, these are not machines for running games on (one is a file server, one is mostly for browsing the web and email etc and the other is used for ripping duties).

So as these are purely for non gaming purposes (but some DVD playing) what is good value for money ?

It'd be a bit crap for games, but as you've specifically said it's not for gaming I can't see anything wrong with this at all

Any idea how these cards stack up in comparison to the onboard MX4000 (I presume) ?
