Hi All,

Been given the go ahead to put together something small for work and just want to run it by you horrible (er, I mean nice and smiley) lot.

There's not really a specified budget but I'm trying to keep it below the £300 mark.

I don't really run anything too intensive, the odd VM here and there, mainly it's just stackloads of logmein sessions so the 8GB of RAM should help with that as most browsers tend to eat it for breakfast.

I currently have three screens using a triple head 2 go thing but it's a bit of a pain as they're a mish-mash of resolutions so the ability to run three screens straight from the computer would be nice if it's possible for not a lot of extra cash.

Here's what I have at the moment:

Total: £288.91

I have a mechanical drive here for extra storage and a copy of Windows to install so they don't need to be included in the price. I know the processor already comes with a cooler and, since I've no intention of clocking this machine, it would probably suffice I've found after market coolers to generally be a bit quieter over the long term.

Is there anything I should consider changing/adding/removing?

Thanks in advance,
Antar.

You'll need a discrete graphics card if you want triple-headed monitors from the PC itself.

Yeah I was looking into it but it seems any of the single card solutions require the third screen be connected by Display Port so looks like I may need to get a dual PCIe x16 motherboard and two cards which is going to add a large amount to the build.
