Cheap & Cheerful!

Hi all,

I'm looking to sell all my desktop stuff & buy a media Pc (& a Laptop, but that's a differnt thread

). At the moment I have:

E6300
DS3 Mobo
320GB HD
400GB HD
8800 GTS 512MB
2GB Crucial Anni

Now I really like shuttles, but I obviously want to keep the cost down as much as possible...As far as I am aware on-board gpu's can handle 1080p if given some good RAM & a fair processor?
I was thinking of keeping the 320GB HD, E6300 & the 2GB crucial Anni. The rest will be sold on the bay of e.

What are my options?

err make sure u got a shuttle with integrated 3200 ATI graphics or nvidia 8200 based boards, dunno if there out for shuttles.

Why dont u do it even cheaper and buy a micro atx case, say a Sugo SG01 or 02? Whack your psu, ram, cpu, HDD in there buy a dual tv tuner & micro atx mainboard, with a 8600GT or 3470XT.

That would be cheaper than a shuttle I think, sell your 8800 obviously.

I f that would be your course of action i have a matx g33m-s2 gigabyte board, id be intrested in doing a deal for your ds3 i live in newcastle aswell so no post to deal with either matey!!
