Cheap conroe cooling?

Hey guys,
I'm wondering what the CoolerMaster AquaGate Liquid Cooling System is like and if it is worth purchasing?

I can pick one up for about £40 and not sure whether it is worth it or not?

Would I be better off getting a Sythe Ninja Plus or something? Maybe even an Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro?

Help much appreciated!

Forgot to mention, it's for an E6400 (I'm not sure whether it will even fit).

From what Ive heard, good aircooling is better then cheap water cooling especially nowadays with heatpipes plus the northbridge gets real hot and could use the excess airflow
