Started off on the motherboard forum, then realised i had too many questions to ask, thought general hardware would be better 
Here goes then.. basically, is the following equipment compatible? as far as i can see, yes, just want to double check...:
Intel C2D E6300 OEM
AC Freezer 7 Pro
Asrock CONROE945G-DVI
1gig Elixir ddr2 4200 ram
7300GT (pci-e)
I already have the 73gt, the ram and the cooler, i have a cheapy case with a 300w psu, just wondering if the motherboard/cpu would be ok with the rest of the equipment, no overclocking, just browsing, office tasks, and the odd game (not high gfx games, i know the card can handle the games to be played, old rpg's mainly)
