Cheap & cool case

I'm looking for a case to cool the following:

Xeon W-1290 10 core
128GB RAM
1x SATA SSD
2x NVMe
1x dual port 10 Gbps NIC
Maybe a GPU (nothing fancy, would only be for Plex encoding)

I don't need a window/RGB or any of that, just something simple, the smaller the better but not so small it'll struggle cooling.

Looking at the Fractal Design cases, they look pretty decent.
