Cheap Courier for Returning a Roll of Underlay

As per the title we have a full unused roll of 15 sqm of underlay that I need to return, but so far the cheapest courier is £30. The item is obviously quite large and weighs 25kg. Just wondering if anyone knows of any cheaper couriers I could try. It's worth £80 so also advertised on local facebook marketplace but quite niche, looking to recover some of the cost if I can get a reasonable courier.
