Cheap CPU for CSGO machine?

Hi, I'd like to build a cheap csgo machine. Have already got a Gigabyte gtx 1080.

Would the i3-12100F bottleneck that gpu? If it would be a mistake, what CPU would you recommend instead?

I make that £516. I don't really want to skimp on the psu and would like a quieter cpu cooler but is there anything else anyone would change (motherboard is the cheapest they have in stock atm).
