Quite like the idea of getting a flip or similar.

I have no idea on budget but requirements are

Handheld
Ability to take memory cards so can keep recording...

That's about it really!

Budget?

£50? £100? I don't know! What do I need to spend?

Video quality wise, dunno? HD would be nice.

What's available guys?

Compact and light with a decent battery life is pretty much my only main requirement along with the ability to take memory cards.

Cheers guys :)

Kodak Zi8 - reviews much better than the Flip.

Takes 1080p but its very shaky unless you have a tripod. I use it in 720p60 most of the time.

How long does the battery last on it mate?

Got any sample videos?

Doubt I'll ever record in 1080. 720p will be more than enough for me!

How much are they to?

Battery life I'm not sure of actually but I'm sure it's fine. I don't use mine very long at a time.

Plenty of test videos on youtube of it. Cost is about £100 on the Jungle.
