Cheap Dial-Up ISP

After 5 months sodding around with Tiscali tech help they and BT have come to the conclusion that I can't receive broadband. Overhead power lines was the engineers best guess, why that effects me and not my neighbour I don't know

Rant over!

Are there any cheap pay-per-month dial-up ISP's around anymore? After a search on Google all I can find is pay-as-you-go and £15 packages from NTL etc.

just run a lead into next door and go halves with your neighbour.

We've got some going over our line and its fine. Is your line touching the power lines or something?
