Cheap/easiest way to cast phone to older smart TV?

The TV isn't that old as it has Netflix etc but its too old for Disney+ however I want to cast from my phone. YouTube is ok...Disney nope.

I think i just need any Chromecast?

Any specific model or is there an alternative method?

Maybe an app? The TV connects to the wifi.

Chromecasts are good enough, i had one on some old small TV, netflix and see youtube app worked fine and instantly.

I had the round one, 2nd or 3rd gen i think. Ask friends and family see if they have a spare. Now they're the sort of thing you could grab second for pennies i expect.

Sorry just reread your post. I don't know on the compatibility of D+

Disney+ is fine on Chromecasts - I've got Ultras and they're great!
