Any cheap or ideally free call ticketing systems that anyone would recommed? Unfortunately I've not got any budget for a industrial-strength one like AutoTask
I've looked at OTRS and had a go at implementing it on a test box but Apache keeps falling over. A system that supports client logins would especially be good.
