I'm trying to find a full system with 2 full speed PCIex 16 slots on the motherboard but can only find ones that are £1000s. Only need an i3 with 4GB RAM for a home media server. Case has to have 5 or more 3.5 HDD slots. What is the cheapest Overclockers do?

They must be fairly exotic cards if they actually need full x16 bandwidth.
There are some AMD desktop boards that support x16 + x16.

It's the chipset that matters. The FX chipsets have enough PCIe lanes (40 something) to allow for x16 + x16 with some left over for other purposes. I can't see anyone building a FX based board and then not allowing x16 + x16.
