Cheap Game Servers?

Hope it's ok to ask (sorry if not) but..

Anyone recommend any cheap game servers for CS:S?

Not looking for a big server just value for money for a small clan.

Most game servers aren't much less than a full dedicated. Check out iDaq and get one of their cheap dedis + stick a couple of game servers on and you're sorted, plus loads of extra functionality :)

Most game servers are cheaper than £39.99 ;) Unless purchasing 40 slots :D
 
Another vote for INX. Olly is the man. They've been around for years and aren't an overnight kiddy host.

CWGaming looks like it was made last week. I wouldn't spend money on any host that hasn't been around for at least a year.

Sorry, forgot to mention that buying through eBay nets a £10/month discount. Most decent servers seemed to be over £20/month for lots of slots and with this you've also got hugely flexible web hosting, file hosting and ability to run extra servers/etc.

There might be cheaper places than iDaq even - I spent some time researching it but I'm by no means an expert :)
 
Probably true ;)

Windows dedis tend to be on average £10/month more expensive than linux ones. It's worth learning the ways of linux really. (as I've foreced myself to since we got our dedi)
