basically it is just for playing world of warcraft possably lord of the rings on line and might try star craft 2 though i think it might not handle it

all so if it is not pushing the asking for more help to much where do you get a decent backpack/rucksack for such a machine

Well it's cheap no doubt, is it used or refurb or something?

Things to be aware of - it's not gonna be very portable with an 18" screen, might want to check how much it weighs too, and yes the resolution will be an issue with that video card. Should get playable framerates with WoW but you might have to turn a few settings down and framerates might struggle in busy areas.
