Cheap gaming rig mostly for BF3 and older games

I'm looking to get back into some PC gaming but don't want to spend a fortune.

So looking for the cheapest system that would run BF3 on decent settings pretty much.

Would need an OS and maybe a monitor but do have access to an old Dell 19" i think

Any suggestions/recommendations?

On a serious note im not gonna say what to get because ill get slammed by no no no you want an intel lalala

But for BF3 you want a decent graph card

I have recently purchased a MSI 7850 1GB OC which was given much praise from a recent magazine, And i run BF3 1080 Nicely.
