Cheap gaming unit

My friend is looking to build a cheap gaming pc to play World Of Warcraft on the his 22" monitor
He just needs the complete tower with no Monitor , operating system , mouse or keyboard.
He will not be playing other games more demanding than wow so will not need an uber GFX.
Can you please spec something with a budget of around £250

Unless you're adding a GPU later Llano is the best route. The onboards should be much better than the intel equivalent.

Has on board GFX ( from either the Motherboard or the CPU ) came that far that it can run a FPS Game like World or Warcraft - including the new up and coming Mists of Pandaria expansion without the need for a separate GPU ?
