Hi all,
I have managed to build up a basic pc out of older parts for general use and the bit of occasional gaming (HL2: EP2 / BF2 on a 22" 1680x1050 monitor).
After trawling different websites and ocuk extensively I have decided I may as well go for the Gainward HD3850 512mb card ( This one
I have chosen this card as 1) Its very well priced for the performance 2) I can't see the point in spending £40 on a 3650 when this is so much better.
Now my main question is this card will be going in a Asrock Dual Vsata which only has a 4x PCI-e slot, how much performance will I lose given this configuration. I think what I am trying to ask is will there be any point going for this card if it will be crippled by the pci-e slot to the performance of say a HD3650?!
What do you guys think / recommend?!
