Cheap HD TV-out card needed!

Anyone recommend me a cheap card, PCI-e.

Its for a SFF PC to be hooked up to a LCD TV. Must have DVI & S-video output as TV has only a spare scart input, but I want to run 1080p later when I can convince the wife to go HD

Was thinking of the Asus ATI Radeon HD 3650 512mb silent.

If you intend using S-Video, be warned that S-Video and LCD's don't produce a great image, at least not that I have seen.

Still, that may be just what you need to convince the wife

Is your SFF low profile or full height?

If you dont need much gaming you could go lower than 3650 card and still get HD decoding

3450 or newer 4350 cards, there are also some 4550 cards small efficent and if your careful low prifile and silent
