Cheap highly-overclockable build

Hi

I would like to build a cheap (under £400) powerful highly overclockable build.

I would like to use the E4300 Core 2 Duo processor
and at least a MoBo with a X16 PCI-E.

The build will be used for gaming as well.

Please could someone help me make this build.

I guess I could stretch to £450 if i had too but are OC components any good? And what about an E4300 as the processor?

Are they very overclockerable? I heard that some people can get 3GHz out of the Intel 'Allendale' E4300 from 1.8GHz.

Does anyone know anything about the E4300, i'm not talking about the E4400 but the one below it. It isn't a conroe, it's a allendale core but I have heard good (overclocking wise) things about it.

Also are the OCuk value components actually any good?

Why would they get rid of it? I thought it was a good processor?
