Cheap Home Server Spec

Hi ya guys

Would you be able to spec me a home server as cheap as possible, tho my requirements are:

Built with a atom based processor
a case that can fit 12 hard drive

i will be using a pci sata card to get the extra hard dive sata ports

You could sell most of those 12 drives and buy some 1.5TB beasts...assuming those 12 aren't already 1TB or something, lol.

I don't have any advice but will be keeping an eye on this thread because I'm interested in home servers atm.

You will not find a "cheap" case that fits 12 ard drives, looking now.

Lian Li PC-A71FB Full Tower Case fits 12, full tower (~£200)

Also heres a review of a case that fits 12 hdd internally

Similar to previous stackers, it has a cage supporting up to four hard drives. This takes up three of the nine 5.25in bays and can be fitted anywhere from top to bottom

just been looking on the overclockers site and found the Antec 900 Nine Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case, which has 9 bay, was thinking i could combine it with Icy Box IB-555SSK 5-Bay SATA/SAS Hard Drive Backplane x2

therefore having 14 hard drive space, tho does anyone know of any cheap caddies, not really bother about hot swap, lol and yes it would be 12 1.5tb lol, whs eat space with it file duplication
