Cheap hosting + domain + wordpress?

Hi, I'm looking to spend £20 per year. What do you guys recommend?

Blimey, £20 a year is pretty low, not sure I can match that. Personally, I use Hostgator because they're cheap and cheerful and NameCheap(also do cheap hosting) for my domains. A good forum for researching hosts and deals is Web Hosting Talk.

TSOHost, £15 for the lite hosting. Add a £5/yr domain and you're set. Also has a one click install for Wordpress.

I've got loads of clients/friends/families running that set up. You get really great service from TSO on a great budget.

Mate just used one.com I think and he paid £15 for hosting and domian.
