Cheap HTPC spec ?

Im planning on building an HTPC to use with Bluray, .mkv files etc.

I'm wondering which CPU, Motherboard (Micro ATX), graphics etc

I want it to be as cheap as and I will be getting the parts 2nd hand bar the graphics which I was looking at the Radeon 4350HD

Any matx s775 or AM2 board, the cheapest or lowest power usage cpu, 2gb of ram.

I got a sempron 140 with an asus am2 board with an onboard nvidia 8200, it's awesome.
