Cheap htpc

Evening all, im deliberating on building a htpc and was wondering if this apu

would be up to the job? If it is then any suggestions on a mobo with hdmi out.
I dont need anything too fancy, the cheaper the better in the range £100-150.

Basically something that does 1080 mkv, 3D would be a bonus but no big deal if it doesnt as i can dnla to tv, and web browsing

£100-150 was just for processor and mobo, already have hdd, psu, case. Ive not added ram into the pricing as im assuming i wouldnt need more than 4gig which i can pick up cheap enough.

Just wanting something more perminant than my current solution which is to plug the laptop into the tv when i want to watch a film.

Case would probably be a fractal core 3000 i have gathering dust.

Forgot i needed optical out to connect to av receiver so would..
