I'm thinking of getting a couple of those cheapish (~£40) ip wireless cameras to monitor the outside of my house. I'm planning on mounting one near my main door, and maybe one under the eaves to cover the front of my property. What sort of picture quality could I expect? I've had a bit of a google, but can't really see some good examples of picture quality.
Our main door is under a carport, and you have to go through the car port to get to the rear, so anyone going to the door or through to the rear will pass about 1m away from the camera, so I'm guessing that will give a nice clear image. The road is about 25m away from the house - I'm guessing this would be too far to get a quality image? The camera would be pointing toward the road, so anyone coming toward the house would have to walk toward the camera (which I'd planned on mounting under the eaves). Would I get a decent image at that distance?

Cheers :)
