My brothers dad wants a laptop for ebay stuff and mail probably. Anyone know of a cheap laptop for this that can take broadband internet (i duno if lappys need special modems or not or bits inside) i presume modems from isps will be fine tho yeah i mean lappys usually have lan ports on them dont they?

Not sure if he wants such a long contract, and lookin to get a used laptop maybe for say 50-100 quid tho i really duno how much he wants to spend for just a 1.5ghz somit or other with a gig or ram just somit good enough for web browsing/ebay/mail usage as i said before. Oh and 1024x display or somit.
Surely the battery doesnt matter if its for mains powered 90% of the time i duno if he would use it for mobility purposes.
