cheap mobo & memory for e4300?

Hi

I'm going to buy an E4300 cpu and want to oc it (something I have never done before). Even if it runs at like 2.4 i'd be happy with that.

As I have already gone over budget by going the c2d route i need to know what is the cheapest pci-x mobo and memory(2gb) i can by that will allow me to oc this.

Do you already have DDR memory, if yes you can get an Asrock dual VSTA and you can use your current DDR and AGP graphics with C2D chips, but you won't get far when it comes OC.

Hi

I have an agp card & 2x512mb of pc3200 corsair value stuff but I want to sell these as the card is too slow. if i do keep these what do you think i can get out of the e4300 with the mobo you said?

Last time I read people are getting around 300Mhz FSB with this board, which will overclock your E4300 to 2.7Ghz. But the lack of voltage options (I think) with this board will hinder your OC a little, nevertheless 2.4ghz is still very possible.

i'd be happy with 2.4ghz.

this is my choice of 3 memory options. which one will allow more oc'ing potential. they are all value stuff:-

2 x 1GB Crucial DDR2 PC4200

2 x 1GB Crucial DDR2 PC5300

2 X 1GB Corsair DDR2 PC6400
