cheap MVA/PVA Panels??

I've been searching the net for good deals on MVA or PVA monitors for a while now and all I can find are old links that are expired which show 24" monitors for about 200 quid...

where have all the cheap MVA/PVA deals gone?? Do I just not know where to look or are there not any really good deals about at the moment?
I suppose with the pound not being that great it doesn't help.

although I probably wouldn't mind a TN panel if it was infront of me I really would like to get something with wider viewing angles but unfortunately don't have loads of money to burn.

jolly good show old chap. guess I was over looking something right under my nose.

I wish all websites would say what kind of panel the monitors are to save people time having to search elsewhere to find out.

Are you sure that monitor has a VA panel? Can anyone with the monitor tilt it backwards and let us know if the colours get messed up and shift like the TN's.

If it is indeed a VA panel I might be tempted to get one but the viewing angles don't seem great for a VA panel, if it has one.

Well I dont know about that one, but Im pretty surethe old OCUK Value 24" Monitor has a PVA panel, remember reading a thread about it on here. And thats got slightly worse viewing angles of 160/160! But like I said, the newer one im not sure about

yeah there was some panel swapping going on, used to be VA certainly, might be some TN Film versions now...

if you want great viewing angles choose 178/178 pannels though those dont come cheap. guess its what you pay for that matters with LCD`s
