Cheap non-gaming PC

Two days ago I sold my gaming PC for next to nothing in order to force myself to stop playing games. Now I have withdrawal syndrome.

I need your advice on a new cheap, reliable PC that can't play games. Especially strategy, management, base building, city building and simulators. I need a PC that will force me to NOT play Factorio (that game is demonic).

Unfortunately, Factorio's minimum spec requirements are very low.

I will be using this PC for browsing, excel, word, movies and such light stuff.

Please advise on a new 24'' basic monitor (80-12- quid), a cpu with integrated graphics and very reliable motherboard and psu. So, cheapness and longevity are the main characteristics I'm looking for.

Cheers.

Seriously, came here to say get a tablet. You can get a keyboard and mouse.

Alternatively get an Atom netbook (one of the older crappy ones) and install Android on that. This is driven by your need to avoid gaming temptation.
