Hi Guys
I am looking for a cheap or free image resize and optimisation program or service that I can recommend to other people to use. Currently I looking at this list:

All I need is something that can simply resize (in proportion) a photo, and optimise the file size. Being able to crop an image would be a "nice to have".
Does anyone have a recommendation?
