CHEAP PC build for xmas present :)

HI,

Basically, I have an old pc that i built yonks ago, and my dad uses it now but it is terribly slow etc etc
Want to buy some new parts and build it up using some parts out of the old pc... my dad only uses the pc for browsing and word etc but does use it for the original moh:aa (medal of honour).

My basket is as follows;

Is their any compatability issues with any of this equipment, I did a bit of research and I think its all ok?
Secondly does this processor come with a stock cooler as I could not see any details about this in the listing?

I have some spare sata hard drives etc in the old pc as well as a spare dvd drive, so I figure this should be all I need?
Is their any value in other similar priced items or?

Most important is that you need to call overclockers to confirm that the motherboard supports the cpu and has the correct bios.

Faster ram will help the graphics.
