cheap pc for basic use

I have been asked by my neighbour. I think that they will only be using it for general office tasks, email and browsing the internet. Budget is probably about £300 max, obviously cheaper the better. But if it was justified, i could probably persuade them to part with more.

forgot to say i dont need an OS.
also forgot to add the cd rom drive, knew there was something i was forgeting.

@subbytna. that build looks near enough the same as the second one i said. and will defo be building myself, and the 7.5% off is why i am going to buy it this weekend
