Cheap PC with Win XP

Can you still buy computers with Win XP on it nowadays? I have the need for a 1GB machine, which will be left on 24/7. Speed is not really an issue but would like it to be very quiet since it will be at home. Don't need a monitor as I already have one.

Any suggestions?

Its cheaper than the above as it includes WinXP and even comes with keyb + mouse! As it an intel Atom based it should also be cheap on your leccy bill if your leaving it on 24/7.
