hi i am in need of the cheapst pc possible for my girlfriend as its only going to be used for the internet it doesnt need to be amazing. i dont need os or gfx card or moniter. any recommendations helpful. thanks

512mb of ram would be the minimum you should consider putting in.

well its not mine and she dont want to spend a lot, i will prob put in 512 anyway i have a 9800xt i can put in, and a few other bits but as i said she only wants it for the internet. i could prob use my spare and 64 3200 if i can find a 939 bord that is cheap aswell.
