cheap pci graphics card

i'm building a new C2D pc and would like a new graphics card, i'm way out of touch with whats good i'm still running a ati 9700, i don't want anything expensive i mainly play wow ,my budget is around £70.00, any recommendations please

I take it you mean pci-express ? £70 will only get you an x1950pro. Stretch to just over £100 and get an ati HD3850

yes sorry i mean pci-express i dont want to spend a lot as i'm on a tight budget and i think it would be wasted anyway as i'm not playing many games.

x1950pro will do you fine if you're not willing to pay the extra for the HD 3850. Also consider an 2600XT or even pro (XT is the better card).

power supply is a antec 380w would that cause me a problem ?

better of with the 3850 instead of a 2900, they consume a lot of electicity, so 380w is a bit low. 3850 is about 2900pro preformance as well (was thought of as high end until 8800gt was released and had a mid range price, just a few months ago), while 2900gt is like x1950 pro preformace.
