Im looking into getting a pet or two, wanting something smallish, affectionate and friendly, fluffy and cute :D. but also cheap to look after as i dont have a lot of spare income :(

Id prefer to get whatever animal(s) from a rescue home or someone who has a few spare rather than petsathome etc.

Was thinking if i got something like a guinnee pig or herbivour they can eat some of the same veg we have for meals, plus offcuts etc, and there normal dry food is cheaper than cat/dog stuff :)

Have a garden but would need to probably make a play area or run, as theres a road at the front of the house (not busy though) and a field opposite.

Im considering from rabbit down to mouse size wise, what do you chaps advise?:)

guess i would have to dig into my savings.

Its kinda odd that they are so cheap to buy (free to £40) but other stuff can be really expensive

did u call the fish that turned white micheal? :D

Ive had fish in the past and there ok, but I really want something i can pet and play with, and also have them wonder around the house :). I like it a lot when a animal comes and says hi :).

think ill readup more about rats and guinnee pigs, But Im not too keen on rats cos of there reputation, and also if they chew on things thats not good either :x. same with bunnies and cables, as we got cables all over the place here :/

thanks for the cute pet pics people :D
