"Cheap" place to stay near Boston Airport?

Anyone flown into Boston on transit and stayed the night?

It looks like I'll need to fly in one night and then get a coach from the airport at 7:20 in the morning. I'm not too keen on wondering through an unfarmiliar US city at that time in the morning so would like to stay reasonably close..

Any ideas? Hotels/Motels/Hostels, whatever.

the underground is pretty good and easy to follow. I had a quick stop over a few years ago and stayed in a Wyndham Chelsea.

Wasn't too good but it was cheap and had free bus to airport.

If i was doing it again would probably just stay somewhere downtown

Good luck in finding a place mate. Going to a foreign country may be frustrating but google is your friend in this case

I did wonder about the underground, safe at that sort of time in the morning do you know (yeah I do have the stereotypical view of US cities...)?

The Wyndham Chelsea looks quite expensive but reasonably close so may be an option (especially if it has a shuttle bus that runs that time in the morning).

I'm looking at flying straight to the destination I want to get to now, looks good them something is thrown in your face (specifically landing in one airport and departing from another, or the website not having the deal any more...)
