Oooh, nice shot of the family, there!
Didn't realise you'd got Original Vetiver too - you've not mentioned it, so I guess it's not a favourite. D'you know what's patently missing from that pic? Original Santal. Go on, go on, go on... you don't need posh alloys on your Z4...
After cautiously putting my money where my mouth is, I've bought a Creed [Green Irish Tweed, in the cool all-black bottle] from the site I recommended to Mr Scuzi, and can confirm that it's the real deal [this Creed in particular is almost infamously counterfeited]. I've done my research; I
know this is kosher.
aMb's right - Creed is all about the heart/base notes; that's where the magic is. But having said that, I really don't recommend buying Creeds or any other fragrances online without at least having tested them once. It's a heck of a lot of money to be laying down on something you may not like; if Mr S has whetted your appetite for Creeds, for instance, I recommend popping into your nearest upmarket department store and having an extended test session. Failing that, you can buy sample vials on Ebay that may save you from making a costly mistake. These samples are almost certain to be genuine [there's little profit to be gained with such small quantities].
Honestly, there's an absolute shedload of brilliant aftershaves/fragrances [call 'em what you will] out there beyond the Boots counter, including ones that are better [in my view] than even Creed. It's out there that you're likely to find a fragrance that not only suits you down to the ground, but it also makes you stand out from the more-popular-than-you-think 'designer' fragrances.
Bengaboy, if you're looking for recommendations, may I point you in the direction of a great online forum/guide all about this very subject:
