Cheap places to stay in London

I'm looking to study a course for a month in london. Is it possible to stay in london for a month for a around £2000. I really dont want to be live with anybody else so a private room would be best. I will have a travel card for the month so getting around isnt really a problem.

Well anywhere, i'll be traveling to the city everyday though. Idealy I dont want to go any further than zone 2 or 3.

look for a short let. i am sure you could rent a 1 bed flat for that.

If its for a whole month then you might be better off looking for a short term furnished let.....Google Is Your Friend.
