Cheap plates? Approx 100 needed

Having a party and I would prefer normal plates to plastic/paper.

Anyone know where I can buy them in bulk at a good price? Dont need to be anything fancy to be honest, the cheapest Ive found so far are some from Ikea for 35p each but not sure if I can get anything cheaper or even hire perhaps?

Might sound silly but I used to work at john lewis for a little while and so many people used to bring back plates.

You should try it too or just use the disposable ones.

Rent them I would. To be honest mate, do you want 100 cheap plates sitting about your house after the party?

ikea reduced to clear 19p each. we got 100 for our wedding. along with 50 wine glasses for £6!!. cheaper to buy than hire!

oh and i know its not plates , but IF you needed 100 glasses (drink) you can hire some from your local sainsburys
