You'll be hard pressed @ £35, best I can recommend at around that budget, PIXMA MP160 Multifunction Printer - Can be found online for £40inc VAT seem's to get some good feed back from customers on competitor's website, ink cartridge prices seem to range from £12-£18 which is'nt too bad really.
