Cheap & Quiet Socket A cooler?

I need a cheap(ish) socket A cooler for an AMD Athlon (thunderbird) 1.34Ghz

The case has very little else in it but has NO other fans. Not ideal i know but how much heat do these things realy generate anyway!!!

Any suggestions?

I have this cooler... Akasa AK-827BL ... on the exact same processor. Works like a charm - load temps of 42C - overclocked (although not much )
