Cheap rack mounted server for running ID card system

Hello

Can anyone recommend a decent enough server with 2008r2 doesn't need to be a massive spec but would like raid on it.

ideally needs to be in a rack as we have 3 cabinets with various rack mounted kit, so needs to be neat and fit in the comms room which is getting filled quickly.
HP DL120 G7 looks good, suppose it just comes as the server and I would need to install hd's and windows to it#?
