cheap rig for a m8,

My m8 wants to upgrade his shuttle, with is old and ****. Hes got £200 plus what he gets for his shuttle ( which in parts is worth around £150, maybe £200 at auction if there are enough stupid people around. ) So im working on around £400, if he cat get this I will drop it down

oh yer, forgot to ask. Anyone no what size cards fit in a shuttle. I aint actually seen his pc or any shuttle PC. Just incase he disides to get a second hand x850xt or something.

That spec looks good to me, but if ACF4 is an arctic cooling freezer 4 you want to swap it for the freezer 64 pro.
