Cheap router for Virgin

Studying in Brighton for a year, and seems the only fibre package I can get is Virgin. Seeing as how poor the wireless is on the superhub, what's a good cheap router to use with it? Ideally something around ~£20 but can go slightly over if it's worth it. Don't want to go to the high end Asus ones since I'm only going to be there for a year :p.

Also, how would I set up the network? Can I still use the LAN ports on the superhub for a cable connection? Or would I need to use the router's LAN ports for that if the superhub is in modem mode?

I had my old superhub in modem mode and used a separate router entirely. But if you need more LAN ports, you could just disable wireless radio on the superhub and set up an access point.

I've recently got the new superhub and I must say it seems to be a whole lot better than the old hub. I wouldn't say jump in straight away, see if the superhub is crap then buy a router if you need one.

The thing is, my uncle recently signed up to Virgin so he has the new one. I noticed that when there's too many wireless devices connected to it, it becomes unreliable. Seeing as there's 4 other students living with me, each with about 2 wireless devices each... I would feel safer with something more reliable :p.

And that's a good idea just disabling the wireless on the superhub, didn't think of that!
