I'm looking to put together a reliable second pc for as little outlay as possible. It's won't have to be a supercomputer as all I'll be doing is using it as a second PC so I can play WoW on 2 computers.

It's not going to need to run at anything higher than 1280x1024 tops and probalby just 1024x768 as I'll be looking at the screen for my main pc most of the time.

I need some suggestions for

CPU (plus cooler)
Motherboard
RAM

My only real aim is to keep the costs as low as possible whilst being able to play wow without the pc dieing everytime i go near a town :)

I have the other bits and bobs such as hard disk, case, power supply, keyboard etc

Any help is appreciated

These are the parts you wanted suggestions for that I'll be setting up for a friend also with the cheapest possible in mind.

Heh, was just about to post exactly that, although the OCZ week-only RAM instead :)

Great bits for the price, can't go wrong with that truebluecfc has suggested.

In your situation id probably go for the following :
MotherboardYou could probably get a cheap motherboard, but personally i think getting a none p35 mb is a false economy atm.
(Not to mention the P35 boards seem to run the E21*0 series much cooler).
Id be going for this CPU, which id then overclock to ~3ghz.
Not sure how much RAM your looking at, but this would allow you too get a fsb od 400mhz (3.2ghz) at a very reasonable price.
For CPU cooler, maybe this, as a cheap solution, though personally id invest the additional cash and buy a tuniq 120.
