cheap, silent psu

Im running my old pc as a server, as it is going be be on 24/7 i'll be needing a quieter psu as the one i have is rather loud (hard to sleep). I'll be looking to pay £40 max. Some psu's say 'silent' and they end up not being silent, can someone recommend me one that is definantly silent enough to sleep with

spec is p4 3.0ghz, 1gig ram, 2 hdd's.
